RIP Judy Hamilton

Hands down, the best co worker in the world passed away after a 13 month battle of pancreatic cancer. Judy was not only a great co worker she was also a great friend. A lady who I knew if I needed to talk to someone she was always there. If she needed to talk to someone she knew I was there. She loved everyone, and each of the residents at my work was another member of her family. Judy had a very unique laugh. When she laughed it was truly one of a kind, it was infectious and made everyone smile. Her voice was always happy, even when she was in terrible pain. She was the activities director so when she made her announcements on a dreary day, or In the morning she had sunshine in her voice. Her voice was bubbly and loud. Since she took her medical leave in March work wasnt the same, activities were not the same. The world has truly lost a wonderful, upbeat bubbly lady. The only good thing about this is that she is in heaven. Judy was a very spiritual lady who has a strong belief in heaven and God, and she is no longer in pain, and she was not in pain when she passed away. Judy will always have a special place in my heart, and in everyone heart at the Chateau. Judy, this post is for you. May the heavens open up and God greet you with his loving arms, you are missed by your Chateau family.
