cleaning a bedroom

Can someone please tell me how they get their child to clean their room??? We have tried it all, grounding, toys taken away, reward system with money. I have sat in her room, I have told Ariana what to do, and I have helped her. Seriously I just want to find something that will help her clean! Im tired of sitting in her room while she is cleaning and try to modivate her. HELP!
