Amber Alert For my NIECE

Last night we were informed by my niece's mother that her Dad (Will's brother- who had custody of her over the Presidents Day weekend) did not meet up with her at the designated place on Tuesday evening. Sean has Baylie and there has been no communication between Sean and Baylie's Mom. Sean and Baylie were last seen in Lake Stevens, Washington, but Sean could be anywhere. Sean is mentally unstable and Baylie needs to be returned to her Mom's loving arms!

These two have my beautiful little girl and are hiding and refusing to return her. Sean P Cook (her father) drives a gold Volvo S80 T6 license plate #ABX-3499. They were last scene in the Lake Stevens/Everett wa area. I am concerned about his mental state and don't know what he's capable of doing.
