I blame pinterest for my sudden urge to remodel my house. I really do. I always strive to make my place look nicer. I moved to Seattle with the basics, basically my clothes. Whatever I could got into my 99 Chevy lumina. When Will and I got married our living room consisted of 2 futons a old computer desk with Will computer and chair, a nightstand that had a TV. The bedroom had a dresser and twin size bed. We didn't use the bedroom. Pretty pathetic huh? So over time we have grown into an apt full of furnishing, but mostly everything is not matching, but overall our place is cozy, but lacks a more personal style. Tonight while playing online I found a blog which is everything diy (do it yourself). The blogger buys everything off craigslist or thrift stores. The stuff looks like it should be trash she remodel and makes beautiful. I am seriously ready to go thru some of our old stuff and put some personality in it. So watch out blog I might be posting a lot of pinterest/diy projects on here... I'm excited to turn old frames into new frames. Who knows what fun projects I can find on craigslist and goodwill. Bring it on!
